About Kate

Kate is responsible for the RPA CoE leadership and oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of automation solutions, from ideation, design, and implementation to hypercare support and post-launch services.

As the automation leader, Kate helps to adopt and shape emerging technologies, including AI-based process mining and intelligent automation, to scale our client’s transformation journey from standalone processes to enterprise-wide automation.

With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Kate is an outstanding executive with a proven track record of successful robotic process automation projects. She excelled at strategic business development, delivering process improvements, driving innovation, and achieving double-digit revenue growth for Itransition’s clients.  

As the Head of RPA CoE, Kate solidifies our automation expertise, managing a diverse team of RPA professionals ready to take up automation projects regardless of their scale and complexity. She fosters the automation potential, delivering fit-for-purpose automated solutions for hundreds of businesses from various industry domains.
