We offer support plans that differ in the scope of support activities and can be extended with additional services or customized to your specific case, requirements, and business processes.

Basic

Our Base support package includes a fixed number of support hours for basic configuration and maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules, including system health monitoring, user support, system updates, and quick issue resolution. Upon request, we also perform Dynamics 365 module customization for an additional fee.

Premium

The Premium support package includes services from the Basic plan, some additional activities, and an extended number of support hours. Within it, we’ll handle Dynamics 365 modules configuration, maintenance, and customization requests, as well as on-demand functional consultations.

Are Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations & Dynamics NAV still supported?
