About Sergey

Sergey Sinkevich is a BI Solution Architect and the Head of BI Practice in Itransition. He has fifteen-year experience as a BI solution architect and consultant, working with various BI tools, developing web applications, analyzing BI systems, and building, managing and supporting data warehouses.

Sergey has been working with Itransition for 15 years as a developer and solution architect and heading our BI Practice since 2021. He has participated in numerous projects, where his primary responsibility was to ensure successful BI implementation or overcome operational and technical issues with existing BI and data warehouse solutions.

Examples of his recent project work include the following:

designing a BI solution for a large real estate company
leading a team in the migration of an analytical platform from Avora to Power BI and updating the existing DWH and ETL processes
consulting the client on optimizing their Power BI solution and data model and saving them considerable subscription costs
leading the assessment of a large legacy BI solution and providing a range of improvement recommendations

Sergey regularly takes part in educational and training programs to stay up to date on the latest technological advancements in BI, data warehousing, and cloud computing.
