I lead Itransiton’s BI team, overseeing BI development efforts and the customer relationship management strategy to improve service delivery and continuously strengthen team expertise.

About Veronika

Veronika joined Itransition in 2010 as a project manager and later held roles as a senior project manager, Head of delivery, and Director of BI and Data Engineering. She has contributed to numerous projects focused on developing, supporting, and optimizing BI solutions, DWH platforms, and data analytics ecosystems.

Veronika’s ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments contributed to her appointment as Head of BI Practice. In this role, Veronika ensures successful delivery of BI projects by guiding teams to meet timelines and budget while maintaining alignment with customer objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Among Veronika’s key priorities are fostering project team’s collaboration, promoting open communication, and continuously improving project performance.

Examples of Veronika’s recent projects include the following:

  • Modernization of a BI system for order management to help an international company with 120 offices in 40 countries analyze anomalies and outliers and predict delivery peaks and slumps, optimal staffing levels, and other critical trends.
  • Performing an independent review of the existing Power BI-based solution, providing a range of improvement recommendations, and conducting a series of training sessions for a global CX company that helped the customer solve the encountered technical issues, speed up data processing, and reduce operational costs.  
  • Delivery of a Power BI solution and a detailed training course for an analytics and research consulting company, which resulted in enhanced data processing capabilities and improved accuracy of data presentation.

As Head of Itransition’s BI Center of Excellence, she leads and mentors a BI department of 30+ professionals, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality results while maintaining a high level of expertise.
