Veronica joined Itransition’s team in 2021 as a business analyst. Bringing over 4 years of experience in process analysis and RPA initiatives, she helps companies gain enterprise-wide value through automation.

Her main responsibilities include identifying repetitive labor-intensive activities and workflows, developing robust robotic process automation strategies, and overseeing their successful implementation to improve business performance of companies across various industry sectors. 

Veronica’s profound expertise in planning, overseeing, and leading RPA projects from ideation to completion helps organizations achieve their desired transformational objectives with the help of RPA and intelligent automation technologies.

Examples of Veronica’s recent projects include the following:

  • Delivery of an RPA solution for a logistics company to automate the processes of transportation data transfer, significantly reducing manual workload and enhancing data quality. 
  • Development of an RPA bot for a software engineering company to streamline the process of inputting new candidate profiles into the HRM system.

One of the key contributors to Itransition’s RPA Center of Excellence, Veronica promotes various RPA initiatives and leads educational activities, fostering an automation-driven culture within the organization.
