About Sergey

Sergey has been with Itransition since the beginning of his career in 2004 when he joined our company as a .Net developer. Over time, he advanced to a project coordinator and, in 2012, became the CTO of Itransition’s Web Development Division. At the moment, he shares the positions of CTO and BI Solution Architect.

Sergey is responsible for conceptualizing and bringing to life various data-focused systems based on our customer’s technical, functional, and business requirements. Among his key tasks are the selection of suitable technologies, the creation of BI design specifications, and leveraging suitable data mining, storing, and analysis methods.

Leading BI projects, Sergey also cooperates with the customer’s stakeholders and oversees our team of data scientists, BI experts and developers, and data quality management specialists to ensure the solutions’ successful implementation and further use.

Examples of Sergey’s recent projects include the following:

Implementation of Itransition’s internal BI solution, including requirements analysis, setting up the ETL process, and designing DWH.
Performance consulting and optimization of an ETL process for a large financial sector company.

Sergey actively contributes to Itransition’s BI Center of Excellence, where he mentors other specialists and collaborates with other BI and data experts to pilot new technologies.
