Examples of Kuanysh’s recent projects include the following:

• Participated in a marine data transformation project that helped the company improve data quality and accessibility and step up their decision-making. Developed pipelines for raw data ingestion and validations, handled complex transformations with Spark SQL/PySpark, integrated the transformed data into downstream systems, set up monitoring and maintenance, and documented best practices. 
• Helped the client enhance data management and accessibility, allowing their users to effectively leverage the Power Apps platform. Took part in the development of a Power Apps-based application, handling data modeling and ingestion and data flows within the Dataverse. Managed data ingestion processes and integrated various data sources into the Dataverse, setting up automated data flows for up-to-date information. Additionally, optimized data flow’s performance and reliability, took part in refining data structures, and implemented data security measures. 
• Took part in an internal project, helping build a comprehensive report for more efficient decision-making using the Databrics platform to integrate and analyze large datasets. Designed and developed data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity, performed complex data transformations and analyses, and implemented data security and governance workflows. 

Kuanysh keeps track of the latest data engineering trends and technologies, including big data and artificial intelligence. He also routinely mentors junior data engineers to help them develop their skills and grow professionally, as well as contributes to Itransition’s publications.
