With over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, she has grown from a business analyst to a Dynamics 365 ERP Practice Lead, combining deep platform expertise with strategic leadership and client advisory.
Responsible for overseeing Dynamics 365 ERP projects of varying complexity, Elizaveta leads project teams through discovery, solution design and architecture planning, deployment, and post-deployment optimization of tailored solutions that foster long-term client success and growth. She puts specific focus on creating tailored ERP transformation roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders to align the technology stack with business objectives and help them make informed decisions about process modernization.
