Elizaveta heads Itransition’s ERP delivery practice, focusing on helping organizations streamline their operations, modernize core business processes, and maximize the ROI of their ERP investments. With over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, she has grown from a business analyst to a Dynamics 365 ERP Practice Lead, combining deep platform expertise with strategic leadership and client advisory. 

Responsible for overseeing Dynamics 365 ERP projects of varying complexity, Elizaveta leads project teams through discovery, solution design and architecture planning, deployment, and post-deployment optimization of tailored solutions that foster long-term client success and growth. She puts specific focus on creating tailored ERP transformation roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders to align the technology stack with business objectives and help them make informed decisions about process modernization. 

Throughout this work, Elizaveta has helped organizations of various sizes transform their business functions with reliable and future-proof ERP solutions, cooperating with companies from manufacturing, healthcare, retail, insurance, and logistics sectors and helping them overcome industry-specific Dynamics 365 adoption challenges.

Driving the growth and development of Itransition’s Dynamics 365 ERP practice, Elizaveta also mentors consultants and solution architects in adopting best practices for ERP development and customization, cloud transformation, business process optimization, and integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform and Azure. She also actively explores emerging Microsoft’s AI-driven capabilities, helping clients implement automation and advanced analytics to further improve their operational efficiency.
