I oversee the development and implementation of software solutions tailored specifically to the insurance sector.

Andrey joined Itransition’s team in 2007 after a decade in software development, having advanced to Senior Software Engineer. Starting as a Project Manager, Andrey moved up to the position of Program and Resource Manager in 2013. Due to his ability to translate business needs into technical strategies, deep understanding of the project execution intricacies, and leadership skills, Andrey was promoted to the Head of the Insurance Development Department in 2019. 

In his current role, Andrey manages the projects’ lifecycles end-to-end, ensuring the delivered software solutions align with the client’s unique needs and objectives as well as remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market. In addition, Andrey’s responsibilities include fostering close collaboration between development and business teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions that drive optimal outcomes.

Examples of Andrey’s recent projects include the following:

  • Development of a highly configurable microservices-based SaaS solution for insurance companies to manage claim and policy lifecycles, quickly introduce new service offerings, and accommodate business growth.  
  • Customization of the Salesforce platform for an insurance buyout company, which helps manage client profiles, automate annuity and quote calculation, and streamline marketing activities planning.  
  • Implementation of an educational cyber liability portal for an international specialty insurance company, which ensures a great user experience for the customer’s existing and future clients.

Andrey actively engages in industry-specific conferences and seminars to stay at the forefront of the latest technological advancements in InsurTech and exchanges best practices with experts and thought leaders. Andrey also leads multiple initiatives to integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI, machine learning, RPA, and blockchain into insurance software solutions, to ensure products we create remain responsive to market demands.
