About Vlad

Vlad Nikitin is a Chief Technical Officer at Itransition, successfully steering our development teams and managing the company’s technology infrastructure since 2016. With over 22 years of experience in IT industry, Vlad has a strong engineering background and a deep understanding of mainstream and emerging technologies, as well as solid business experience which allows him to keep Itransition’s technical profile relevant and aligned with the company’s goals. As a CTO, Vlad also oversees the delivery of the most complex Itransition’s projects, acting as a strategic advisor and technical leader.

Vlad spearheads the introduction and refinement of project development standards and implementation guidelines, leads company quality and security management systems, and facilitates engineering best practices to ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. He is also involved in launching and developing new lines of businesses, hiring top talent, and encouraging knowledge sharing by ensuring alignment between different departments.

Under Vlad’s guidance, Itransition has further strengthened its reputation as a globally trusted technology partner recognized by such prominent research companies as Zinnov Zones, Forrester, and Everest Group. He has also played a key role in Itransition establishing or upgrading its partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, and other technology vendors. 

Vlad is continuously sharing his knowledge and expertise communicating with company stakeholders and key clients. By translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for business stakeholders he ensures common understanding and alignment across the organization.
