Alex joined Itransition in 2010 as a web developer and has grown into the Head of the Development Department, managing an internationally distributed pool of 65 developers, project managers, and business analysts.
With vast experience in software development, Alex stays at the forefront of emerging industry trends, delivering solutions that help global enterprises facilitate digital transformation. Specializing in but not limited to the manufacturing and blockchain domains, Alexandra leads the development of software solutions for order management, warehouse and inventory management, and demand forecasting.
Examples of her recent projects include the following:
- Delivered back-office and customer-facing solutions for a leading UK furniture manufacturer and introduced innovative ways of digital engagement, such as the VR-based kitchen design experience.
- Built a corporate communication web portal and a mobile app for a global automobile manufacturer. The solution automated vehicle selection, contracting, broker and deal management.
Alex is in charge of building and managing teams working on various projects. She establishes policies and procedures for maintaining the highest product quality, supervises resource planning and allocation, and ensures timely project delivery.
