I provide strategic and technology leadership for financial software initiatives, guiding clients as they transform their banking, wealth management, capital markets, and fintech operations.

Aleksey joined Itransition in 2018 as a Quantitative Analyst. Due to his leadership skills and dedication to the success of the fintech projects he was involved in, he soon advanced to the role of Head of the Financial Services Practice.

In this position, he shapes Itransition’s financial services portfolio by defining its strategic direction, developing new service offerings, and assessing emerging technology trends, including AI, cloud computing, and advanced data analytics, to determine how they can be effectively incorporated into financial solutions.

Aleksey also guides and mentors a multidisciplinary team of domain experts, business analysts, and solution architects who design and implement large-scale, high-impact solutions for financial institutions worldwide, ensuring that each initiative delivers measurable business value and complies with applicable regulations.

Examples of Aleksey’s recent projects include the following:

  • Implementation of a web application for investment portfolio management featuring risk management, ML-powered price and trend predictions, investment monitoring, and stock behavior analytics capabilities, which allows individual stakeholders to effectively track, analyze, and manage their investments. 
  • Development of a web app that scans the options market in real time, detects unusual options activity, and analyzes market sentiment to find the best options opportunities. 
  • Delivery of a comprehensive CRM ecosystem on top of Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services that helps wealth management companies streamline customer onboarding, automate client data collection and consolidation, and effectively track and manage clients’ investments. 

An active member of the finance IT community, Aleksey represents the company at industry events such as conferences and educational seminars. This helps him stay updated on the latest domain trends, regulatory changes, and new methodologies and frameworks and integrate them into the company's offerings.
