Technical Product Owner (TPO) / Data Engineer
Description
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Data Engineer who will take ownership of requirements management for complex data systems and serve as a bridge between business and the development team to build efficient data processing workflows.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Analyst, Business Analyst or similar technical role
- Experience working with data-intensive systems, data platforms, data pipelines, or data engineering teams
- Understanding of system architecture and data architecture
- Understanding of data flows, data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and system integrations
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and data-related requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data requirements
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and other technical stakeholders
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including data flows, UML/BPMN diagrams, system specifications, and process documentation
- Hands-on experience with system integrations (REST API, message brokers, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Nice to have
- Experience in a Data Engineering / Analytics / BI environment
- Knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, or cloud data platforms
- Agile methodology certification
