Senior UI Animator

We’re seeking a skilled, imaginative, and highly motivated Senior UI Animator to join the team on one of our leading game projects enjoyed by millions worldwide. In this position, you’ll contribute to features that involve both broad and complex challenges. Your responsibilities will include producing animation for user interfaces, menus, and various GUI components, occasionally extending to character and visual effects animation. You’ll ensure that both your early animation concepts and final in‑game assets align with the project’s artistic vision and are technically ready for integration. About You: - You collaborate well with others and adapt easily to changing needs - You can take ownership of full features or tackle large‑scale challenges that span multiple systems - You independently conduct meaningful technical research that improves artistic workflows - You assist with project coordination and help distribute tasks within the team - You’re comfortable working autonomously for long stretches while receiving guidance from the lead when needed - You help the lead ensure the team’s output meets high technical and stylistic standards - You can quickly prototype technical solutions for complex visual ideas - You’re open to sharing work at any stage and see transparency as essential to good design - You contribute confidently and knowledgeably during design critiques - You have strong familiarity with mobile game development - You understand game design principles and gameplay mechanics - You’re often consulted when decisions may influence the player’s experience - You communicate concepts clearly with cross‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders - You actively participate in feature‑level discussions and creative brainstorming - You provide constructive guidance to less‑experienced artists - You present your work clearly and may represent your team in leadership or cross‑team settings - You’re passionate about games and deeply interested in what makes visuals engaging and appealing
