Project Manager Senior
Description
We are looking for an experienced professional who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of complex software projects, drive Agile processes, and effectively coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and processes
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks on mid-to-large engagements
- Strong skills in coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams
- Strong practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have
- Agile-related certifications (Scrum, Kanban), PMI
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, SoS)
- Experience with additional project or product management tools
