Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management
- Experience managing the team in capital markets (stock trading) domain
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and processes
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and project risks
- Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have
- Stocks / Crypto trading experience
- Agile-related certifications (Scrum, Kanban), PMI
- Coordinating distributed and cross-functional teams
