Requirements
- 2+ years in a lead artist role with a proven track record
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Passion for storytelling through visual art
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the Art team, ensuring flawless execution of visual content
- Collaborate to define and maintain a consistent visual style
- Coordinate creation of game builds, character art, backgrounds, and symbols
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets on schedule
- Mentor and encourage team members to achieve their best work
- Resolve conflicts and inspire change to improve team efficiency
- Optimize artwork for various platforms, following technical constraints
