We are looking for a proactive person with 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment and sourcing to join our great team of highly skilled specialists.

Requirements
- Good knowledge of the IT market
- Excellent knowledge of candidate search methods and tools
- Experience in the full process of recruitment
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced English is a required (essential for communicating with the team and international candidates)
Nice to have
- Experience in sourcing or recruitment / IT recruitment courses
- Knowledge of primary candidate search channels and tools
- High understanding of technical roles and software development
- Experience working in international teams
Responsibilities
- Active candidate sourcing and recruiting
- Resume analysis based on specific role requirements
- Initial communication with candidates
- Collaboration with the recruiting team
- Participation in the full cycle of search and selection of candidates to hire the best talents
- Conducting assessment interviews
