Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Salesforce expert to drive digital transformation in the Automotive industry. You will conduct market research, evaluate business needs, identify potential clients, and shape IT solutions that support their growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create value-driven offerings and build strong client relationships.

Requirements
- 3+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong business communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies for Salesforce solutions
- Marketing research expertise and domain-level business understanding (Automotive preferred)
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution design, and platform configuration
- Advanced English for client-facing communication
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud
- Understanding of CRM in the automotive sector
- Willingness to travel
- Salesforce certifications
Responsibilities
- Research automotive trends and domain-specific business needs
- Create go-to-market strategies to promote Salesforce
- Develop marketing content and deliver solution demos
- Build ready-to-use Salesforce packages addressing key business pain points
- Communicate with stakeholders online and in person
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape and close opportunities
- Support project delivery and guide both technical and non-technical audiences via presentations, documentation, and workshops
