Requirements

  • Design & Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles including composition, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding time‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners
  • Professional level of English
  • Creative Attributes:
  • Exceptional eye for visual style, brand alignment, and detail
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into thoughtful, intelligent design solutions
  • Confidence working in a flexible, fast‑paced, and high‑performing team environment
  • Strong ability to take and apply constructive feedback
  • Experience with animation in Unity and Spine
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
