Lead AI Engineer
Description
We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join the team and take charge of designing and developing end-to-end AI solutions, including chatbots and agent workflows. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will work closely with clients and build tailored solutions powered by LLMs that address specific business objectives.

Requirements
- Advanced Python skills, including practical experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI or comparable tools
- A solid grasp of the full lifecycle involved in building AI-powered applications
- Hands-on exposure to leading LLM platforms and APIs — OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini — along with ecosystem tools like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Strands Agents, and similar
- Understanding of AI integration approaches, such as RAG, Agents
- Track record of rolling out AI systems in production
- Demonstrated ability to assess generative AI output quality using retrieval and classification metrics, as well as LLM-based evaluation techniques
- Hands-on experience in AI engineering and delivering ML-based solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and maintain full-cycle AI products
- Partner with customers to uncover their goals and propose LLM-powered solutions tailored to their context
- Create and maintain reliable data processing pipelines that ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AI models
- Monitor and optimize AI system performance, with a focus on correctness, security, scalability, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Run exploratory research and fast prototypes to test technical feasibility and demonstrate the business value of AI solutions
- Stay updated on the rapidly changing LLM landscape - new models, frameworks, and techniques
