Description
We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist who will help build trusted, data-driven insights and predictive models to improve Planning & Scheduling processes and support a broader transformation program focused on automation, AI/ML adoption, and strategic decision-making. Main deliverables: - An MVP predictive model estimating job effort across two major product lines. - Business-approved and trusted analytical models. - Supporting data models and standardised data definitions. - Data quality assessments and improvement recommendations. - Documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements
- Strong background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with data modelling, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and large datasets
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with data architecture concepts
- Experience with operational/planning environments and production data solutions is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, and analyse complex datasets
- Develop data models and predictive analytics solutions
- Deliver actionable business insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and technology teams to productionise solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to validate and gain approval for developed models
