Data/BI Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data/BI Solution Architect with a comprehensive understanding of business intelligence solution architecture, data warehousing, ETL processes, and web development, ready to long business trips and onsite work in the UK. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the full lifecycle of BI solutions, from designing and implementing data warehouses and ETL pipelines to managing deployment, support, and monitoring solutions across various environments, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid setups. This role involves significant participation in project management, sales, and pre-sales activities, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Designing the architecture of BI solutions. - Leading new and existing BI projects, including starting projects from scratch. - Defining and maintaining company standards and best practices for BI projects. - Participating in sales and pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and project estimation. - Direct communication with customers and stakeholders for requirements clarification and scope creation. - Translating business requests into development tasks and managing the team effectively. - Creating and maintaining product documentation, as well as data manipulation and visualization proofs of concept (PoC).
