Customer Success Manager

Description

We're searching for skilled 100% Remote Customer Success Managers / Account Managers in Poland and Portugal to become part of our international IT consulting team

Requirements

  • +3 year of work experience as a project manager or account manager on IT Consulting or software development environment
  • Positive and negative IT project management experience
  • Knowledge of principles of Agile software development and methodologies
  • Experience in running multiple IT projects simultaneously, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Understanding of principles of resource management and team interaction, partner with customers and production team members to align project goals and objectives
  • Experience in customer relationships building
  • Experience in IT services sales, drafting proposals as well as contract negotiations with customers
  • Strategic thinking and able to solve long term difficulties
  • Knowledge in Jira, Confluence or other agile tools
  • Great command of English, for both speaking and e-mailing
  • Advanced level of English is a must

Nice to have

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating work of account teams: tasks within the process of account management
  • Executing account plans and meeting account targets as well as overseeing this process
  • Building and developing customer relationships, customer expectations management and negotiations
  • Growing business with existing clients. Long-term this is not a sales position per se
