Business Development Manager – Automotive

Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with deep expertise in the Automotive industry. In this key role, you will identify business opportunities, demonstrate how IT solutions can address industry needs, and develop and execute go-to-market strategies. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to shape offerings and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, project management, or sales within the Automotive industry
  • Experience in pre-sales and client-facing presentations/demos
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Strong marketing and business mindset
  • Deep understanding of the Automotive domain and its challenges
  • Knowledge of Automotive retail processes and dealership operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from strategy to execution

Nice to have

  • Willingness to travel if needed
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Automotive Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market to identify opportunities based on business pain points
  • Develop IT solution-based offers aligned with industry needs
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies using channels such as advertising, events, and personal branding
  • Lead business development activities: proposals, demos, event participation, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Acquisition teams
  • Stay up to date on Automotive trends and technology
