We are looking for an experienced Product Manager/Business Analyst who is ready to work independently on collecting, analyzing, and managing requirements at all stages of projects. Our project is related with maritime shipping product.

Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as Business Analyst/ Product Owner / Product Manager
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience in partnering with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for growing the existing product, maintaining the product delivery roadmap
- Experience in driving the product development forward
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
- Experience in gathering and documentation requirements, designing interfaces
- Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
- Experience with presenting and justification of technical decisions
- Usage of UML, BPMN
Responsibilities
- Partnering with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for growing the existing product and scaling this globally
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager/Tech Lead in determining and maintaining the product delivery roadmap
- When required, you should be able to take onboard Product Owner responsibilities and drive the product forward
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver any artefacts as needed, including user stories, change requests, and screen designs
