We are hiring a Senior Support Engineer (.NET, React) to join the project’s support team which handles environment setup, application configuration, and defect analysis. The candidate must have the necessary capabilities to solve AWS issues and potentially act as Team Lead. Scope of works: - Configuring client assemblies (XML); - Working with rdlc files (XML + VB + visual editor); - Debugging, troubleshooting, investigating and finding the root causes of undesired behavior (built-in browser tools, database analysis, source code analysis); - Finding and fixing bugs in the code of client repositories; - Configuring all individual programs included in the overall Solution; - Providing support to the customer’s non-technical employees on technical issues; - Taking part in DevOps-activities.
