What you’ll do: - Management of staff records in compliance with labor legislation: employee registration, termination, process support and coordination, preparation and signing of additional agreements, contracts, orders, document storage and accounting, notifications to the migration service, communication with employees, and issuance of certificates and other documents upon request. Running day-to-day operations: - Maintain the office condition and arrange repairs if necessary; - Purchase the office supplies, souvenirs and manage inventor; - Purchase beverages (water, coffee, tea); - Coordinating the office move; - Ensure technical maintenance, manage contract and price negotiation with office vendors and service providers on the office issues.
