Role: - Analysis of graphs and processing of signals from the customers' monitoring systems; - Registration of incident information in various tracking systems; - Interaction with technical support engineers and developers; - Communicating with foreign customers by phone and correspondence in English; - Writing and updating technical documentation/instructions/runbooks; - Work schedule - 5/2 from 09.00 to 18.00 GMT.
Requirements
- Spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level and above)
- The following qualities: responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, quick learning, competent verbal and written speech, communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in L1 support team, which is engaged in operational monitoring
- Knowledge of New Relic at the advanced user level
Nice to have
- Technical education
- Work experience or familiarity with NRQL
- Creating and editing New Relic alerts
- Understanding Kubernetes
- Experience with Grafana, Zabbix
