We are looking for a proactive person with at least 6 months of experience in HR to join our cohesive team of highly skilled specialists. Responsibilities: Support, implementation and development of the company's HR processes (adaptation, assessment, motivation, career development, etc.) Regular communication with employees and department managers, assistance in resolving emerging issues Employee satisfaction monitoring Participation in trainings and team buildings

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or equivalent)
  • At least 6 months experience in HR
  • Higher education in Human Resource Management, Psychology or similar field of study preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work with large amounts of information
