Main Duties: - Allocation of bank statements according to the chart of management accounts - Key contact for all things payroll related. This includes processing and payment of monthly payroll which is calculated by a 3rd Party - Revision of AP invoices - Communication with 3rd party accountants regarding local legislation and payroll calculation - Collecting and sending of all the supporting documents to a 3rd party Accountancy on a monthly basis - Revision of Financial Reports prepared by a 3rd party Accountants on a quarterly basis - Bank payments processing
