For the second time, Itransition reaffirms its competence and maturity by being named to the Global Service 100, an authoritative survey that each year names the top 100 Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service providers throughout the world.
In the survey’s 6th year, the market experts from Global Services, a Cyber Media publication, and NeoGroup, a leading outsourcing advisory, leveraged multiple analysis dimensions to identify the outsourcing industry leaders including management excellence, customer maturity, global delivery maturity and breadth of services portfolio.
According to Ed Nair, Editor, Global Services, “The global services industry has gone clearly beyond the paradigm of “more work at lesser cost”. Companies are routinely seeking business outcomes, and in some cases, new forms of business value. Service providers who can deliver on these fronts make it to the GS100 and its categories.”
Commenting on this recognition, Sergey Gvardeitsev, CEO of Itransition Group, said, “This is the second year that Itransition has been acknowledged as one of the world’s top outsourcing companies. We are extremely proud to be re-featured in this prestigious GS100 list as it reaffirms our immense experience, efficacy and sustainability of our business strategy, our ability to provide innovative solutions and our commitment to consistently deliver top-notch services for our clients around the world.”
