The Customer is the world’s leading catering and entertainment non-profit company. Founder and CEO, a prominent figure in North American culture who reflects an amalgamation of the Dutch Sinterklaas, and Christmas gift-bringers in other traditions, felt the need to cement his company’s relations with the clients and boost their loyalty through innovative service beyond their expectations.

The Project Scope

The Customer teamed up with Itransition to develop a modern, full-featured Business Intelligence solution intended to collect and analyze information on the company’s clients and vendors, and track various geo-specific market trends.

The company’s Analytical Center required an efficient and reliable instrument to collect varied data from multimedia sources to make informed forecasts on demands and behavior of the company’s clients based on the thorough background analysis.

  • File, personalize and analyze the collected data creating individual profiles continuously updated in an automated mode to track the client lifetime history;
  • Visualize and display the data after the analysis is completed;

The Results
