The solution is an advanced marketplace for Internet marketing (IM) specialists who seek for freelance projects in their field, and Employers willing to use their services. The platform helps specialists build the client base and gain easy access to temporary, part-time, and full-time contract opportunities in their niche IM skill areas. The solution is also a good resource for an Employer to find appropriate professionals for their IM projects and to hire them through the website.

The EsalesGuru.com project was initially started by another outsourcing vendor from India and was not progressing well enough (the development was too slow). That is why the Customer, a Canada-based company specializing in Internet Marketing, decided to find a new vendor with large experience in web development and started with Itransition.

The primary project objective was project rescue including redesign, new features development, development of the missing controls, and site performance optimization. The Customer provided a list of top-priority issues which were to be fixed (bug fixing). There were two or three developers involved at a time depending on the scope of work. As one of the main problems of the site was the complete absence of the admin panel,  so we added it with all the necessary modules to manage the website effectively — CMS, User Management, Categories Management, Projects Management, Skills Management, etc.

The next stage was the implementation of the Client’s new ideas related to the enhancement of the site with such  features, as video profiles for registered professionals, and a Flash-based Live Chat for online communication with Employers, etc.

During the entire project the platform was tested by an independent QA team, which controlled and proved the quality of the work done by the developers.

Within the planned timeframe the site was successfully redesigned, upgraded and launched. It has already gained certain popularity among Internet marketing specialists. The Customer was happy with the product and with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the team. Upon completing the project, Itransition gained new contracts from EsalesGuru Ventures Ltd.; and the development team is now close to launch the next site for this Customer.
