The customer’s idea was to create a reliable solution for MS Exchange data backing up over IP to ISP’s (Internet Service Provider) backup bank. It was supposed to be safe, fast and easy to use. Also it was designed to be customizable for different ISPs. The Exchange Backup Manager features an ability to change backup bank and reporting preferences.

Starting from a general idea that was generated by the Customer, Itransition specialists created functional and technical specification and developed a multifunctional solution that was compliant with the requirements of both home and corporate users.

Taking into consideration constantly changing product requirements caused by a great number of calls for new functionality a flexible software development process was chosen. It included immediate response to new requests, frequent product releases and live updating.
