Remote VoIP Testing By Service; Quality Assurance; VoIP Solutions The customer is a major communication software producer who needed remote testing of his current phone communication monitoring system before transferring it from the PSTN technology to VoIP. After the testing had been complete our testing specialists introduced recommendations on quality improvement for the customer's SoftPhone software. The types of endpoints that caused most problems were revealed. Conflicts between the legacy and new hardware were documented (even though this was beyond the testing scope). As a result of the load testing, threshold values for the system were found out. After the system was reconfigured as recommended, its performance increased.
