- Chargebacks management module – chargebacks is the most eye striking issue in online payments business, due to financial associations’ treatment of online transactions as of type ‘card not presented’. The automated module for managing chargebacks information and its manipulation between bank and merchants is designed to formalize and prepare arbitrage cases.
- Customer support module – trouble ticketing based module for online support of the customers on any aspect: technical problems, financial or business advise, etc.
- Cash Management and Payment module is necessary module to manage merchants’ balances.
- The User administration (Merchants, Operators, Managers, Card Holders, and Administrators) and rights management as well as the settings set up is being conducted through the Admin Control module. It has been designed specially to monitor the deposit activities and provide the powerful toolset for preventing fraud attempts and thus decreasing the risk of financial losses. The wide usage of statistics concepts and effectively designed reports gives to company employees all instruments to detect and sufficiently react to abnormal cases. Risk prevention modules with the use of the on-the-fly data mining automatically detects suspicious transactions and stresses high attention to it. The merchant online web access to his account, where he can view his profile, change settings, manage merchandises, transactions and orders, receive the technical support documentation, perform manual transactions using online POS terminal, capture and refund pre-authorization and authorization transactions.
