The CRM system developed for a German marketing company has successfully replaced the out-of-date legal system. The solution improved product efficiency and increased business revenue due to better organizing time management and sales cycle through automated processes and reminders.

New custom CRM system has replaced the legacy application. One of the main requirements was the integration ability with other products used by our customer (DISPO, Amily). Another essential element of this product was the implementation of “Everything is connected” principle for creating links between different pieces of information for its co-usage.

 

The custom application features as follows:

  • Client/Server architecture;
  • New good looking GUI;
  • Many simultaneously running users that share information available on DB server;
  • Possibility to create links between pieces of information;
  • Planning and tracking features (Calendar);
  • Outlook/MS Office Integration;
  • Integration with Amily and DISPO (other products of Ukimedia).

Technologies used: Object Pascal, Java2, Delphi 7, IDEA, MemProof,  GUI components (TMS, Developer Express), FireBird, MS SQL, COM, OLE, XML, JDBC, TCP/IP, JSSE, Unit Testing.

 

Efforts: 38 man-months.
