Itransition has developed highly professional framework with multilingual support to satisfy the envisioned business models and the customer requirements. One of the major requirements was user friendliness, including common and familiar for end-user graphical interface (MS CRM or MS Outlook). The software has gone through all stages of product development: from the requirements gathering and formulating, through development, to the end-product implementation and quality assurance.
The system features as follows:
- Insolvency Setup - enables the Office administration personnel to setup and customize lookup (combo box) content in other modules of the application. Flexible and configurable roles and permissions based principles, with a comprehensive set of user management features were implemented to provide easy and protective ways of application security. User preferences and miscellaneous policies (localization, password, milestones and etc) expand product possibilities in terms of personal settings and customization.
- Insolvency CRM - enables the Office personnel to use full-scale CRM system to record any activities, related to the bankrupt's information handling (insolvency persons, relatives, spousal, creditors, as well as debtors contacts, assets, claims, liabilities and other personal information). Advanced task and activities management and scheduling were implemented to provide additional abilities of contacts regulating, insolvency processing and milestone tracking.
- Insolvency Banking - enables the Office accountant to create finance or accounting related issues using the data from other application modules and entities. Necessary documents, like invoices or payment receipts, could be generated and printed within this module.
- Insolvency Reports - enables the Office personnel to work with a number of build-in reports by tracking of other module information and processes. Advanced adjustment and improvement for the existed and custom-made reports was implemented with Crystal Reports integration.
- Insolvency Documents - enables the Office personnel to handle a complete build-in set of obligatory and "nice to have" documents, which are used at any stage of insolvency and restructure process. Self-implemented principles and mechanisms can be used to customize and even create brand new documents and forms with a set of auto-filled fields according to the stored CRM and banking information. As one more additional benefit, the document versioning and tracking system was developed.
- Home Server - enables online support and help from the product supplier. Automatic updating of the latest version and online licensing was designed to minimize support and update costs.
The technical architecture of the solution is a realization of three-tier model. Three layers of the system are the presentation layer (based on advanced components library, implemented extension of standard Windows components), business logic (server side or client side), and the persistence (database) layer. Cutting-edge .Net technology and a bunch of developed and used libraries enabled Itransition to develop a fast and stable solution within a short time period. Integration with Crystal Reports provides flexible customization of documents and reports.
