Equisys is a leading global provider of business communication software for document processing, notification and delivery. The two leading Equisys projects - Zetafax and Zetadocs - help create, deliver and share electronic documents, work interactively on-screen, or link it to business software to cut paper use, saving time and money.
They key aspect of Zetafax and Zetadocs solutions is box-type solution oriented to be installed and used by non-technical people. Additionally Zetafax and Zetadocs have enterprise features such as:
- user auto-enrollment;
- integration with the Active Directory;
- different types of users;
- user groups and permissions.
They could be used in large companies. There are companies with 250 user licenses in Equisys’s client list. One of the major goals is to integrate the system into the user business processes and tools to ensure seamless document exchange. For this purpose Zetafax and Zetadocs were integrated with numerous numbers of standard office and business applications:
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point (including office 2007 versions);
- Navision;
- Microsoft Dynamics Solutions;
- ACT!;
- MS CRM.
Another major aspect is that the solution is heavy configurable and can be customized to any network, hardware and software configuration. This is possible because of the large historical data for Zetafax and big client base.
