The project was initiated with the customer, leading provider of conferencing services (audio, video, web) across the globe, requesting to develop a web-based content management system for "extranets" – sites used to present its services and sign-up forms to its customers. Genesys manages hundreds of extranet sites, and the possibility to easily create new and maintain existing ones was very important.
The system comprises several modules which are accessible through the same web-based interface.
