The aim of the project for a small credit bureau was to implement a full-featured Enterprise Content Management System to manage all company’s data more effectively. The solution was successfully introduced to support daily business activities of the customer.
Itransition offered a solution, based on the free Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services and customized to meet all the requirements. The system includes an intranet portal with a predefined set of sites, business-specific content types and libraries, a security model with custom roles and twelve workflows to improve the business processes of the customer. To meet the budget requirements, we have optimized the architecture to cut costs for the required licences and hardware.
We have received a very positive feedback after several months of the system’s use. The most important benefits, as noted by the customer, are the following:
- Manual work reduction;
- Perfect automation of internal processes;
- Fast data search;
- Effective records retention.
