With the aim of becoming one of the leading rental portals for top-rank property, the customer approached Itransition with the request to build a complex search engine friendly solution to serve both rental property owners and tourists.
The first ones can upload their properties for a fee, the latter — search and locate properties, view availability schedules and make a booking.
The system contains Advertisers Admin Page that includes login/logout facility, personal details and property description update, advertisement creation, photos addition, email enquiries management, and much more; Site Administrator Module that features users and properties management, payments monitoring, pages and regions updates; Statistics Module that enables the admin to monitor hits on the site in general, hits on each advert, and a number of enquiry emails sent to owners.
Besides renter’s area, the system also provides advertising space to property owners/managers to promote their properties for holiday rental income.
