Itransition goal was to develop a new platform for an online educational product. Its design concepts were created in cooperation with customer’s subject matter experts and Itransition business analysts. Also, as a secondary goal, the software had to provide ASP (application service provider) possibilities for the end user (an application server was used for providing online educational courses for any organization and students). The basic requirements were user-friendliness, light-weight and customizable web design, multiple browser support (even PDA-based) and usability.
